Whiskey Sauce (dessert)

- 1 Stick of butter
- half cup of irish whiskey
- 1 pound of confectioners sugar

Melt butter over low heat, add whiskey, add sugar, stir well until it bubbles.

Great all purpose dessert sauce for pies, cakes ice creams, breads, puddings, etc.

Very sugary and good. Also can add raisins for extra depth.
